1. Introduction
To ensure a fair and safe environment for all users, these Terms of Service set out what you can expect from Planet Make It and what is expected from you as a customer.
By accessing or using www.planetmakeit.com.au or placing an order with Planet Make It, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.
2. Legal Capacity to Transact
By placing an order with Planet Make It, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
If a minor places an order without authorization, Planet Make It reserves the right to seek recovery of any losses from the parent or legal guardian of the minor.
3. Products & Descriptions
Planet Make It endeavors to ensure that all product descriptions, images, pricing, and information on this website are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.
Where a product supplied by Planet Make It is not as described, your remedies will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
4. Custom & Personalized Products
All products sold by Planet Make It are ether made to order or personalized and require customer-supplied images, artwork, text, or other information before production can begin.
4.1 Customer Responsibility
Customers must supply all required artwork or information within 90 days of the order date.
4.2 Failure to Supply Artwork
If required information is not supplied within 90 days:

The order will be deemed abandoned or inactive

The order may be closed or archived

No refund will be issued, as the delay is caused by customer inaction
- All processing times for our products across our store are only an approximate timeframe and this should be taken into consideration when ordering due to high demand and other factors outside of our control.
Planet Make It is not required to hold funds or orders indefinitely. If a customer later wishes to proceed, a new order must be placed at current pricing.
5. Order Cancellations
5.1 Non-Custom Orders
Non-custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for change of mind, provided the order has not been dispatched.
A 20% administration / restocking fee (maximum $250) will apply.
5.2 Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
6. Returns, Refunds & Credits
Returns, refunds, credits, and replacements are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the content, design, layout, wording, graphics, and concepts displayed on this website are owned by or licensed to Planet Make It, unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any content is prohibited.
Third-party trademarks, brand names, and product names remain the property of their respective owners. Planet Make It does not claim any association, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
