Shipping & Delivery Policy
Planet Make It
At Planet Make It, we take great care in preparing, packing, and dispatching your order. This Shipping & Delivery Policy is designed to clearly outline responsibilities, timeframes, and what to expect once your order leaves our hands, in line with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Dispatch of Orders
Once your order has been completed and dispatched, it is handed over to a third‑party courier company such as Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex, StarTrack, or another certified carrier.
Once a parcel has been collected by or lodged with the courier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier company. Planet Make It does not physically deliver parcels.
Pickups and lodgements generally occur Monday to Friday, with Saturday dispatches during peak periods (such as December). Occasionally, scheduled pickups may be missed due to courier capacity, route changes, or operational issues.
Delivery & Processing Timeframes
Delivery and processing timeframes provided at checkout and at the top of each page banner and by couriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Planet Make It is not responsible for delays caused by:
-
Courier network congestion
-
Weather events
-
Public holidays
-
Industrial action
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
-
Failed delivery attempts
-
Missed or delayed courier pickups
Delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks.
Tracking Information
Tracking details are provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please note:
-
We only have access to the same tracking information visible to customers.
- Australia Post does at times not scan parcels until it had made its way through the network this is the nature of a courier service.
-
We do not have access to courier internal systems or driver‑level updates.
For delivery updates, delays, or redirection requests, customers must contact the courier company directly using the details available on the courier’s website.

We will assist where reasonably possible by providing documentation or dispatch confirmation, however replacement or refunds are not guaranteed.
